If this is your first visit with Johanna Kanters, RMT at Pine and Creek Wellness please choose 45 or 60 minutes to allow for proper assessment before treatment.

If you do not see a time that works for you, please feel free to add yourself to the waitlist and you’ll be notified if anything becomes available in your time frame.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We have a 24 Hour Cancellation Policy. Any cancellations within 24 HOURS of your appointment time and NO SHOWS are subject to a Cancellation Fee of 50% of the original appointment. We do have voicemail/email/text that is checked regularly.

INSURANCE AND HEALTH BENEFITS

We are happy to offer DIRECT BILLING to the majority of insurance companies. Coverage for your service depends on your plan.

Unfortunately there is N0 direct billing for ICBC or WCB clients.

All payment types are accepted.

Johanna Kanters RMT

Johanna graduated as a Registered Massage Therapist from D’arcy Lane Institute in London, Ontario in 2010. She started her career out working with Motor Vehicle accidents for many years and learned that each individual person requires different techniques to support their needs. Johanna enjoys working together with you to effectively treat muscle imbalances, working to alleviate pain and stress on joints, and developing a massage therapy treatment plan that focuses on pain relief and improvement that you can maintain for the long term. She implements a combination of massage therapy techniques, such as Swedish massage, deep tissue, myofascial release, and joint mobilization to help relieve a large variety of acute and chronic conditions.

In 2015, Johanna and her family moved to British Columbia and fell in love with the nature! When she is not working, she can be found spending time at the local hockey arena or soccer field with her family.
